Your day begins with an early pick-up from your hotel at approximately 06:00, followed by a scenic drive of around three hours to Marangu Gate, the starting point of your Kilimanjaro hiking adventure. Upon arrival, complete the necessary registration procedures with the Kilimanjaro National Park authorities before meeting your guide and beginning the trek at approximately 11:00.

Follow the famous Marangu Route as it winds through the lush montane rainforest on the lower slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy the cool forest atmosphere, discover the area's unique vegetation and keep an eye out for birds and other wildlife along the trail. During the ascent, take a break to enjoy your packed picnic lunch before continuing towards Mandara Hut, situated at approximately 2,700 metres above sea level.

Arrive at Mandara Hut at around 14:00 and take approximately 30 minutes to rest, enjoy the surroundings and capture photographs. Afterwards, begin your descent through the rainforest to Marangu Gate, which takes around two and a half hours. Upon arrival, meet your driver for the return journey to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi, or arrange a transfer to the airport.
