After breakfast, meet your private safari guide and depart Arusha by road for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a scenic journey through the countryside before entering the park for your first guided game drive. Tarangire is renowned for its impressive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, seasonal wetlands and rich birdlife. During your game drive, keep watch for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions and other wildlife. After an exciting day exploring the park, continue to Tarangire Sopa Lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart Tarangire National Park and travel by road towards the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. Continue your journey towards the Ndutu Area, with the transfer from the highlands conducted as a game drive through the surrounding landscapes. As you approach the southern Serengeti ecosystem, watch for wildlife along the route and enjoy the changing scenery. During the calving season, the Ndutu plains attract large concentrations of wildebeest and other animals. Arrive in the Ndutu Area and settle into your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided game drive in the Ndutu Area, one of the key locations during Tanzania’s calving season. Explore the open plains where large herds of wildebeest gather to give birth, creating excellent opportunities to observe newborn calves and the predators that follow the herds. Look out for lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, zebra, gazelles and other wildlife. Your experienced guide will follow current animal movements and select suitable areas for viewing and photography. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the day before returning to Tanzania Bush Camp.

After breakfast, depart the Ndutu Area and begin your journey towards the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. The transfer continues as a game drive, providing opportunities to observe wildlife as you travel from the southern Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing scenery from the open plains to the lush highlands surrounding the crater. Upon reaching the Ngorongoro area, continue to Ngorongoro Farm House, where you can relax after your safari experience. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in the peaceful highland surroundings.

After breakfast, check out from Ngorongoro Farm House and begin your final road transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). Depending on your flight schedule, there may be time to enjoy a relaxed morning before leaving the Ngorongoro area.
